My baking adventures!
I have always loved to bake. Cheesecakes are my favourite! Without exception, I decided to try out my baking skills in Melbourne given the amount of free time we have on weekday nights, I decided to make thursday my official baking night!

My 1st attempt: English tea cake [Butter cake topped with cinnamon sugar, accompanied by strawberries & cream]!

Good stuff! The cake was wiped out by the end of the week. Ha, for a price of A$2, man, this is economical!

Next up, muffins in the making! Knowing that my housemates are chocolate fanatics, I decided to try out chocolate caramel muffins. Ha, it didn't look like muffins but oh well, at least it tasted not bad. But this time round, they ain't patronising at all. Nobody ate my muffins except for myself and a colleague whom I gave 2 to. Bleah! To think Yishan came up with the lamest excuse of her life, that she just ate a huge muffin yesterday. And before I knew it, she ate another muffin at Kenny Rogers. -Shake head- So much for honesty. Big boo boo to her!
